Term 2 Netball

_______________ has indicated an interest in playing netball for a Clive School team in Term 2.

Games are played on a Thursday after school and are either at Clive School or at other Napier schools.  Games either start at 3.30, 4pm or 4.30pm.  Parent transport rosters will be made up.

Please return this permission slip to school by
